The new feature of Custom Objects is now live in HighLevel’s workflows! This update empowers HighLevel users to curate object-specific workflows and smoothly trigger these workflows once the custom object-related triggers are activated. This adaptation aims to automate processes as users can now determine a series of actions.
New Feature Introduced:
– Custom Object Workflows: These are workflows catered specifically to your custom objects like Home, Cars, Pets, etc.
– Activating Workflows with Custom Object Events: You can automate your processes by using the powerful triggers specific to your custom objects.
– Conduct Targeted Actions: Actions oriented around objects are clearly defined and may include creation, updating or clearing custom object records. These actions can then be integrated with other tools.
To Make this Work:
– Navigate to the Workflow Landing Page in HighLevel.
– Click on Create Workflow.
– Choose the Object-based Workflow for configuration.
– Customise the selected workflow using the given triggers and actions.
The following triggers and actions are available according to HighLevel’s Custom Object Workflows –
Triggers:
– Custom object creation or change, e.g., Home
– Inbound Webhook
Actions:
– Creation or updating of Home or Associated Record.
– Clearing fields of Home or Associated Record.
– Sending data through Custom Webhook or Google Sheets.
– Internally conducting an If/Else command, waiting, updating a custom value, executing a Go To command, formatting date/time or number, or adding or removing from workflow.
– Array Functions can also be utilised.
– Finally, text can be formatted or custom code can be applied with workflow AI powered by OpenAI.
Example of HighLevel Integration:
A real estate agency can use HighLevel’s custom object named “Home” to keep track of home listings. If the Home Status field is marked as “Closed” to indicate that a property has been sold, the system can automate the subsequent steps like updating records and logging sales details.
Trigger:
The workflow can be triggered when the Home Status field in the “Home” object changes to “Closed”.
Workflow Actions:
– Update an associated object linked to the sold property.
– Using Google Sheets Integration to log the sale in one document for fare tracking and reporting.
– Clear custom fields that are no longer necessary such as temporary Notes and Internal Comment.
The new features in HighLevel’s workflows offer great ease and efficiency in managing custom objects, building automated processes, and enhancing workflow actions. This provision aims to better cater to the business needs and provide comprehensive solutions.
