HighLevel presents an update with a fresh look and enhanced functionality to notifications at both the Agency and Location levels. This is designed to improve the user experience and address issues with repetitive, non-removable alerts. The team at HighLevel has in mind the introduction of features like snoozing and new alerts, backed by high-value feedback!
What’s New?
- Modern Design: The elegant, updated UI of notifications provides a more vibrant, better redesigned look, staying in line with the latest visual style.
- Sidebar Section: Featuring a separate section in the sidebar to access both read and unread alerts, it’s now more straightforward to remain organized.
- Visual Categorization: With the introduction of color-coded alerts, prioritizing responses is no longer a challenge. Red signifies critical alerts, Yellow makes way for warnings or information, while general or promotional alerts are tagged in Blue.
- Optimized Behavior: The enhanced notification timing means that alerts pop up only when necessary, thereby reducing distractions.
How to Enable:
- Proceed to the ‘Agency View > Agency Settings > Labs’
- Switch on the ‘Enhanced Notification and Alerts’ to experience the new, upgraded UI for Notification banners and alerts.
Note: All notifications have been upgraded with the latest UI, while four alerts are still being developed. They include prompts such as the immediate update of incomplete billing information, conversions of campaigns into workflows, conversion of triggers into workflows, and internet connection loss.
Why it Matters:
This update aims at enhancing the user experience and curbing the issue of repeated, unremoved notifications.
