HighLevel Introduces Estimates Feature for the Client Portal
HighLevel is excited to unveil the new Estimates feature for the Client Portal. This feature enhances usability and convenience by providing a centralized location where users can view and manage their estimates effectively. It enhances efficient financial planning and forecasting and supports both web and mobile app usage.
What’s Included?
With the new Estimates feature:
- Users can access a list of estimates they’re involved in, presented with all the necessary details for easy reference.
- There’s an in-built option to download estimates directly from the client portal.
- Status updates for Accept/Reject are provided, upon which users can view or download estimates.
- Administration of estimates is made easy with app permissions allowing admins to enable or disable the feature as needed.
Using the Estimates Feature
On the Web
- Navigate to the client portal dashboard and check for the Estimates widget.
- Click on the eye icon to view a specific estimate.
- To download an estimate simply click on the download icon.
- In cases where there are more than five estimates, click on “View All” to access all estimated listings.
On the Mobile App
- From the client portal dashboard, navigate to the Estimates tab.
- Just like in the web version, the eye icon allows viewing of a specific estimate.
- For downloads, click on the download icon. Note that an estimate can only be downloaded once it is signed.
- You can scroll to view all estimates.
