The fundamental aim of HighLevel’s latest release is enhancing user experiences with Execution Logs and Enrollment History (EL & EH). The goal is facilitating the debugging of workflow issues by gleaning insights from Execution Logs and Enrollment History.
In this new release, HighLevel has introduced some beneficial features and improvements. First on the list is the improved ‘Go To Action’. Clicking on the ‘Go To’ button now allows for a view of the action configuration directly in the logs. There’s also an ‘Edit’ button that redirects to the builder for amendments.
HighLevel has also improved navigation between EL, EH, and the builder. Users previously had to navigate back to EL/EH whenever they used any action from the table, such as ‘See Contact Path’ or ‘View Contact History’. The filters were reset each time. Now, they will see a back button instead of ‘Back to Builder’ on all features in EL & EH. This button takes one step back with the applied filters intact.
HighLevel has now included a tooltip on the date filter, informing users that only data from the past 30 days are available. Another addition is the enrollment reason in the Enrollment History, which will be visible for new enrollments only from the 1st of April onward.
To simplify executions’ debugging, IDs have been replaced with names in ‘Assign To User’ and ‘If-Else Actions’ in ‘View Details (EL)’. A step further towards enhancing user convenience is extending the GoToPlatform (GPT) response in ‘View Details (EL)’ from 100 characters to 2000, with an additional ‘View More’ button.
Finally, the previous issue of the contact filter not applying on any page other than the first on EL and EH has been resolved.
