HighLevel presents an upgraded feature that seamlessly allows the reviewing, mapping, and duplication of Facebook Lead Forms from within the Lead Form dropdown menu. This functionality is designed to help setup Lead Generation campaigns in HighLevel Ad Manager more efficiently.
### Functionality Overview:
To utilize this useful feature, simply navigate to the Lead Form dropdown while creating or editing a Lead Generation campaign. Here, select the Pencil/Edit icon which will open a modal featuring a preview of the selected lead form and the form field mapping section.
If the intended form is not yet mapped, HighLevel provides the ability to complete the process at this stage. For already mapped forms, adjustments can be made to better align CRM fields with the Lead Form fields.
Another advantage of this update is the inclusion of a “Duplicate Form” button at the bottom left of the open modal. Once engaged, the view transitions to a replica of the existing lead form with pre-filled fields, available for customization to create a unique lead form.
### Further Improvement:
HighLevel goes a step beyond by highlighting a message below the dropdown if an unmapped form is selected to prevent overlooked mappings. This proactively alerts users to complete the action for efficient lead syncing.
### Significance of the Update:
This new feature is designed to augment lead form management by enabling the preview and re-use of existing forms. HighLevel aids in maintaining consistent mapping across Facebook and CRM fiends and notifies of any unmapped forms, averting campaign errors. Moreover, the ability to clone successful forms ensures expedited launch of new campaigns.
### Important Information:
Please note that this feature only supports Facebook Lead Forms. Ensuring field mapping is complete is crucial to avoid lead sync issues. Remember that any duplicated form retains all fields but can be customized before saving.
