26/03/25 – Introducing the Group Chat Feature on HighLevel: Enhancing Collaboration, Streamlining Communication, and Boosting Client Engagement

At HighLevel, the ambition is to continuously improve client experience and efficiency. Building on this promise, a new addition, named Group Chat, is now part of HighLevel, and LeadConnector’s public beta. The feature will soon be officially rolled out.

The Group Chat upgrade enhances user engagement by enabling collaboration with multiple contacts in one single thread. This gives users the ability to coordinate faster and communicate more clearly, directly from their phone. This empowers users by creating an environment where conversations can involve multiple clients, team members or stakeholders, without the necessity to handle multiple one-on-one chats.

HighLevel and LeadConnector’s streamlined communication allows users to share updates, handle tasks, and respond quicker with everyone in the loop. The result is an improved client experience, with a more personalised and responsive level of communication. The Group Chat feature is focused on mobile-first convenience, allowing users to start, manage, and participate in group chats directly, anytime and anywhere.

To use the Group Chat feature, launch the GoHighLevel mobile app, navigate to the Conversations tab and tap the ‘+’ button to commence a new conversation. Select ‘Group Chat’ as the conversation type and choose your phone number. Pick multiple contacts from your contact list and just like that, the group is formed. Begin messaging instantly with all selected participants in one single thread.

This feature is available for versions HighLevel v3.95.0 and above, LeadConnector v3.95.0 and above as well as White Labelled apps. An update request is required for White Labelled apps.
