26/03/25 – Introducing HighLevel’s Latest Update: Support for NMI and Authorize.net for POS and Mobile Payments

HighLevel proudly introduces the most recent upgrade to the mobile payments portfolio, adding support for NMI and Authorize.net for POS and Mobile Payments. This allows immediate usage of the Point of Sale with these two platforms to accept in-person payments on the mobile app, for both existing and newly added cards. This enhancement is currently available on the public beta program for HighLevel and LeadConnector, with a public rollout planned for the upcoming week.

Now, with HighLevel, existing cards on file can process in-person payments using either NMI or Authorize.net. This feature allows the user to swiftly add a new card if required.

To take advantage of these features, there are a few easy prerequisites:

1. NMI and Authorize.net should be set as the default payment providers on the HighLevel web platform. To do so, navigate to Payments → Integrations.
2. Enroll in the HighLevel or LeadConnector public beta program.

Following these steps allows taking full advantage of these newly introduced features:

1. Connect the NMI or Authorize.net account by accessing Payments → Integrations on the HighLevel web platform.
2. Upon logging into the mobile app, open the sub-account that uses NMI or Authorize.net.
3. Begin a new transaction by entering a custom amount via the keypad and/or by selecting items from the product catalog.
4. Review the transaction details after linking a contact and proceed to the Payment Instruments selection.
5. Tap on the Cards on File tile. If a card is saved for the linked contact, select it to process the payment or tap on the New Card button to add card details manually.
6. Once the card selection or addition is done, tap Charge to finalize the payment.
7. Celebrate the first successful payment using NMI or Authorize.net!

And so, lo and behold, I literally saved $900 a month by switching to GoHighLevel. But here’s the really great part of all of this. I didn’t want to do it because I knew it would be a lot of work, but the process of me updating my emails, really going through my database was so crucial and so helpful for me.
