HighLevel is proud to announce a significant upgrade in domain management. Effective immediately, all domains – regardless of their use for Funnels, Websites, Stores, Webinars, Blogs, WordPress, Emails, Client Portals, or Branded Domains – are accessible from a single, centralized Domains settings page within each sub-account. Further enhancing user experience, the ‘Connect a Domain’ flow supports more product types, such as Email and WordPress. This update enables a seamless connection experience across the entire HighLevel platform.
Offering a streamlined approach, HighLevel now offers centralized domain management. All connected domains are visible and manageable from the Domains settings page. Each domain is clearly categorized as either ‘Internal’ (purchased via HighLevel) or ‘External’ (linked from third-party providers). Users can now get at-a-glance information about domain names, subdomains, connected products and any required action. For purchased domains, the status, expiry/renewal date, and auto-renew settings are readily available. External domains are visible with information about the current DNS provider and improved performance and security. Further, users can identify exactly which products are connected to each domain by drilling down into the domain details.
Accessing the centralized domain management system is intuitive. Navigate to Sub-account Settings > Domains for a comprehensive view of all domains within the sub-account. From this location, users can manage a domain to view details of the connected products and configure DNS records – applicable for internal domains. The option to use ‘Connect a Domain’ facilitates adding or linking domains across supported products.
This centralized approach is a significant step forward. Prior to this upgrade, domains were dispersed across various tools and interfaces, leading to inefficient and error-prone management. Now, HighLevel users benefit from faster and more efficient domain management, broader product support, improved visibility into domain-product relationships, and streamlined action requirements.
Importantly, this enhanced feature requires no action on the part of our users – existing domains have already been integrated into this unified view. HighLevel encourages regular reviews of your connected domains to check for any pending actions. The goal of this update is to improve clarity, security, and scalability of domain management, particularly for externally connected domains.
HighLevel is committed to making domain management intuitive, centralized, and scalable. With all domains now in one centralized location, managing connections, troubleshooting issues, and planning for the future has never been easier.
