Latest Feature: Draft Contract Generation in Workflows
A new feature introduced by HighLevel includes the ability to generate draft contracts using the ‘Send Documents & Contracts’ function within workflows. The feature allows designated reviewers to be the sole dispatchers of the contracts.
Implementation of Draft Contract Generation
To utilize this newly introduced feature:
1. Initiate the creation or editing of a workflow, inserting a trigger such as a ‘new deal’ stage.
2. The feature is added through ‘Send Documents & Contracts’: Ensure the right contract template is selected and mark the Sending Mode as ‘Create as Draft’.
3. Publication takes place when the preset trigger is activated, resulting in the auto-creation of a draft contract.
4. Review and dispatch of the generated contract then rests in the hands of the designated persons or team from Documents & Contracts.
