25/03/25 – Exploring the Latest UI/UX Enhancements in HighLevel: A Guide to Navigating and Configuring Your Calendars with Ease and Clarity

HighLevel introduces a series of user-friendly UI/UX enhancements to provide easier and clearer navigation and configuration of calendars. This reduces confusion, avoids errors, and brings down support requests.

What’s New?

Enhanced Meeting Location UI

– HighLevel introduced a new “Meeting Location” header under the Meeting Details tab for improved visibility.
– If a location option does not support a calendar type, HighLevel explicitly informs users about the non-support of these location types, which upgrades clarity and reduces setup errors.

Smarter Interdependent Settings

– In the past, enabling certain settings like Recurring Appointments was obstructed if any conflicting settings (such as Date-specific Hours or Multiple Team Members) were in action. Users needed to locate and deactivate these settings manually.
– Presently, HighLevel clearly displays which settings conflict and provides users the choice to automatically disable them with a single click – making the enabling process quick and hassle-free.

Improved Horizontal Scrolling in Day View

– HighLevel releases a popup notification every time multiple users are added to the calendar view, letting users know they can use horizontal scroll to view everyone’s schedule.
– This suggestion assures users not to overlook additional team member availability, which previously led to confusion.

These updates from HighLevel diminish setup confusion through more lucid messaging and intelligent interaction, resulting in fewer support tickets and a smoother, more directed user experience.
