HighLevel now extends the capability to add cc/bcc fields in the Email Action. With just a simple click on the cc/bcc buttons, the respective fields populate immediately.
It is important to note that the addition of cc, bcc, or both is permissible in the Email action. Despite this, cc and bcc emails will remain unreflected in the Email Stats. Furthermore, the Test Email feature will not function for Cc/Bcc Emails. The determination of success or failure hinges solely on the Contact Email, and not on the Cc/Bcc Emails.
As a user of the HighLevel service, the provision to add several cc/bcc emails has been accommodated. For this function, emails need to be separated by commas. In cases where one of the cc/bcc emails is invalid, HighLevel will skip over the incorrect email, smoothly delivering to the valid ones. Note that the cc/bcc fields are non-mandatory, providing flexibility in application.
