HighLevel presents the Error Highlight and Error Resolution using AI feature, designed to swiftly identify, comprehend, and address workflow bugs. Visual aids, actionable insights, and straightforward troubleshooting guidance are available directly from the Error Tab located within the side panel.

The significance of this feature lies in the benefits it brings:

– Workflow Reliability: Rapidly brings to light and resolves errors, ensuring seamless operation of workflows.
– Time Efficiency: Provides precise explanations and suggested fixes for errors, thereby eliminating guesswork.
– Boosting User Confidence: Facilitates users in troubleshooting intricate workflows independently, without the need for external assistance.

Key Features of this services are as follows:

1. Error Button is conveniently located within the Workflow Builder on the left side panel. Clicking the button exposes an error panel portraying a clear list of detected errors, classified into Integration Issues and Missing Mandatory Fields.

2. Visual Error Highlighting: Error icons are placed next to actions and triggers for easy error detection within the workflow builder.

3. Error Panel: A novel side panel that collectively displays all the errors associated with a workflow.

4. AI-Powered Error Resolution: Offering detailed error explanations and suggesting remedial steps, the AI Assistant facilitates users to check recommendations and apply fixes directly. It includes a dedicated “Resolve through AI” button for immediate troubleshooting.

5. Disabling Error Tab Visibility: Users have the flexibility to hide the Error Tab if they prefer not to have it constantly visible.

How to utilize Error Resolution AI:

Step 1: Identification of Errors within the Workflow Builder is done using the ⚠️ Error Icon.

Step 2: Use the “Resolve through AI” button to open the AI Assistant in the left panel which will provide the cause of the error and steps to resolve these issues.

Step 3: The suggested fixes can be applied directly in the action/trigger sidebar by users. When the fix involves external integrations, the AI guides users to the appropriate configuration settings.

Step 4: Once an error is resolved, the ⚠️ Error Icon vanishes as a confirmation. Errors are automatically removed from the side panel list once addressed.

Lastly, HighLevel addresses the following types of errors:

1. Integration Issues: e.g., “Integration with Facebook failed due to incorrect authentication.” The AI Assistant directs you to reconnect or re-authenticate the integration in such cases.

2. Missing Mandatory Fields: e.g., “Snapshot import is missing required fields.” The AI Assistant pinpoints the missing fields and provides options to map or create new ones as suitable.

“Can the Error Icons be permanently hidden?” Yes, the side panel settings provide the option to toggle it off.

“Will my Published workflow revert to the Draft stage if an error is detected?” No, the workflow will remain in the Published stage despite any identified errors.
