23/10/24 – Maximize Your LinkedIn Reach: A Comprehensive Guide on HighLevel’s LinkedIn Carousel Posting Feature

HighLevel’s Social Planner has introduced a compelling new feature. With this exclusive service, the ability to upload photos and post them as PDFs on LinkedIn has come right to the fingertips. The feature doesn’t stop here – the Social Planner now allows the import of PDFs, converting each page into distinct images for sharing on LinkedIn and other social platforms.

Recognizing a trend, the LinkedIn PDF Carousel has become an increasingly favored format for disseminating information. This innovative interaction keeps audiences engaged and helps in showcasing expertise.

As the 4th [Annual Algorithm Research](url) by Richard van der Blom and BlissPoint Consulting uncovers, LinkedIn PDF Carousels promise 2.2X to 3.4X more reach than typical text and image posts.

HighLevel’s Ideas Board indicates a substantial interest in the feature:
[LinkedIn Carousel Post](https://ideas.gohighlevel.com/social-planner/p/linkedin-carousel-post) – Garnering 292 Votes.

In order to access and utilize this enhancement, follow the instructions for creating a LinkedIn Carousel Post/Document Post:

1. Navigate to Marketing > Social Planner within the HighLevel dashboard.
2. Establish a connection with the LinkedIn account – either a page or profile.
3. Click “New Post”, employing the post composer to spawn a new LinkedIn carousel or document post.
4. Choose the desired social media platforms from the dropdown and include the post content.
5. The file upload icon (nestled between the image and video upload icons) guides in uploading one or more PDFs for LinkedIn carousel, or prompts to import photos to be posted as a PDF on LinkedIn.
6. Freedom to modify the PDF, such as changing the name or adding a watermark, is provided.

Note some conditions that apply:

• LinkedIn tolerates up to 300 pages and a 100 MB limit per document.
• Upon importing in Social Planner, PDFs are reprocessed into images, and if Instagram surfaces on the selected platform list, the images are automatically trimmed to fit Instagram’s aspect ratio constraints.
• The option to erase media has been improvised; just a click on the ‘X’, which becomes visible when hovering over the media preview, will delete the selected media.
• Selection of the ‘post as a PDF’ option turns all images into a PDF document to be shared on LinkedIn.

Take advantage of the new functionality provided by HighLevel’s Social Planner today and post visually appealing PDF carousels to LinkedIn effortlessly.
