HighLevel offers improvements to these functions, aiming to provide users with a much smoother and more efficient workflow process. Understanding the steps, fixing issues swiftly, and having a seamless workflow process is now easier with these enhancements.

Improved Execution Logs

1. User-Friendly “View Details” Hyperlink

HighLevel replaced the “View Details” icon with a more recognisable hyperlink to facilitate better accessibility and identification of execution details for any specific action.

2. Highlighted Error Visibility

In the event of an error, HighLevel now emphasizes it in the Status field or the View Details link. This significant enhancement allows users to identify issues fast without having to dig through piles of data.

3. Opened Rows are now Highlighted

HighLevel highlights the row of the specific item opened in the Details section so that users can smoothly navigate the row they are currently investigating.

4. Overhauled Action Column

HighLevel revamped the “Action” column in the past, only showing the action type, which led to confusion if there were multiple actions of the same type. HighLevel now shows the “Action Name” that users assign, which will additionally show the actual action type when hovered over for further context.

5. Enhanced Sorting in Filters

HighLevel refines filter dropdowns by first listing the actions that are part of the workflow. Other actions then follow in a separated section. This method simplifies filtering by action types and aids users in focusing on the actions directly linked to their workflows.

6. New Workflow Statuses

HighLevel provides users with more precise insights into why a contact exited or completed a workflow through improved statuses displayed in the Enrollment History.

7. Optimized Pagination

Both Execution Logs and Enrollment History tabs by HighLevel support pagination for performance and usability enhancement of larger workflows. Users can customize the number of row items displayed per page to 10, 25, or 50.

Custom date range options with a limit of up to 30 days are also available for users to control the visibility of the logs.
