Instructions on Use:
Step 1: Head to the Opportunities section, select the options menu (three dots), and choose “Import.”
Step 2: Opt for both Contacts and Opportunities as the objects to import. Proceed by uploading a CSV file.
Step 3: Upload the related CSV file. Decide whether to generate new records, update present ones, or conduct both actions.
Step 4: Map CSV fields to the appropriate object fields (Contacts or Opportunities), ensuring the accuracy of data entry.
Step 5: Review the mappings and confirm the import process. Add tags, workflows, or create smart lists at this stage if desired.
Step 6: Monitor the import status under the Bulk Actions Pages, where you can review progress, download error logs, and troubleshoot as needed.
