HighLevel logo

HighLevel now allows store owners to effortlessly import and sync Products and Collections from Shopify. This update not only enhances the opportunity to migrate complete Shopify stores into HighLevel, including products, collections, contacts, orders, and transactions, but it also empowers owners to leverage HighLevel’s robust marketing tools such as Order Submitted Trigger and Payment Received Trigger for superior automation.

In the past, Shopify integration allowed only for the import and sync of orders, contacts, and transactions from Shopify. However, the newest enhancement extends this functionality, enabling owners to migrate and sync all their products and collections smoothly.

More details regarding the import and syncing of orders, contacts, and transactions from Shopify to HighLevel can be found [here](https://ideas.gohighlevel.com/changelog/shopify-order-syncing-inside-ghl).

Here’s how to use it:

1. Integration can be accessed through a sub-account at: Settings > Integration > Shopify.
2. To connect the Shopify Store, click on the “connect” button to start the setup. A model will appear to enter the Admin API access Token and a valid Shopify store URL.
3. During the second step, the Import Elements screen allows the selection of data to import from the Shopify store. Contacts, Orders, Transactions, Products, Collections are all options.
4. The final step calls for configuring Syncing Settings. This allows for the continuous syncing from Shopify to HighLevel, ensuring up-to-date data. The syncing options include Contacts, Orders, Transactions, Order Submitted Trigger, Payment Received Trigger, Products, and Collections.
5. After selecting the desired elements to import and sync, click on Save to complete the setup. Note that the process may take some time.
6. Once the Shopify integration is connected successfully, the settings can be managed to enable or disable elements for future syncs from the Shopify store.
7. Should there be a need to reimport data, disconnect and reconnect the integration. This simple task allows the reimport of any missed data during the initial process.

Please remember that:

– Taxes are not mapped in Products while importing or syncing.
– Each order results in a single transaction in HighLevel.
– Order statuses are marked as “Completed” or “Cancelled” when synced with Shopify.
– Merged contacts in Shopify will see the primary contact updated in HighLevel.
– In the absence of changes to the Shopify SEO details (default settings), the data will be received as null in HighLevel.
