HighLevel now offers store owners a feature that allows customers to view their current and past order details. Customers receive an order confirmation email containing a button to access the Customer Access Center by logging in via OTP verification.
# HighLevel’s User Guide:
1. **Enabling Order Confirmation Email:** HighLevel allows an order confirmation email for customers. This feature lets customers view the Customer Access Center and can be accessed here: Payments > Settings > Notifications > Order Confirmation Email for Stores.
2. **Accessing the Customer Access Center:** Customers can log in to the Customer Access Center by clicking the “View Order” button in their order confirmation email. Remember, to view all current order details, use the email address provided during checkout.
3. **Viewing Fulfilment Status Details:** HighLevel provides fulfilment status details updated by the store owner. These details reflect whether the order is complete or partially fulfilled. They include the tracking number, tracking URL, and Carrier name.
4. **Accessing Past Order Details:** The navigation menu contains an “Orders” button for accessing past orders.

– HighLevel uses the first contact created associated with the same email for login into the Customer Access Center.
– With sticky contact enabled, all orders consolidate for that browser session.
