HighLevel’s recurring tasks tool offers the ability to create tasks that repeat at intervals of choice, eliminating manual duplication of tasks.
## Recent Advancements:
When setting a recurring task, it is now possible to configure the following aspects:
– *Frequency*: Determine the repetition rate (hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly).
– *End Date*:
– *Never*: No end date for recurrence.
– *Specific Date*: An established termination date.
– *After X Occurrences*: A set number of repetitions.
– *Create Regardless of Overdue Previous Task*: Guarantees that new instances are created on schedule, even if prior instances aren’t finished.
– *Create*: Make a new task or convert current task into a recurring one.
– *Edit*: Enables modifications to recurring tasks, impacting either all future events or just one iteration.
– *Delete*: Allows removal of all future tasks in the series or a particular occurrence.
– *Restore*: Tasks previously removed can be recovered as necessary.
## How to Utilize:
– Open the Add New Task modal from Tasks, Contacts, or Companies pages.
– Input Task Details: write the task name, detailed description, and any additional related notes.
– Determine Recurrence:
– Activate Recurring Tasks.
– In the Repeats Every field, input the recurrence interval (every day, every fortnight, every month, etc.).
– Decide on the Ends On options.
– If required, select the option to formulate a new task even if the prior task is overdue, ensuring timeliness of task visibility.
– Delegate the Task: Pick the Assignee and Contact, if needed.
– Click Save to finalize the task and activate the recurrence.
