Guidance for Using the Enhanced Import Experience
HighLevel provides a simple guide to maximize the benefits of the latest enhancements:
- To initiate, go to settings and activate the Labs feature for the subaccount using the “Enhanced Contact Import”.
- Next, click on Import in the top bar of the Contacts section.
. - Afterward, choose “Contacts” and hit Next to import contacts. Select both Contacts and Opportunities for importing both..
- Then select the preferred action: Create, Update, or Create and Update records. .
- Align the fields in the given file with the corresponding fields in the system. .
- Lastly, finalize settings and begin the import. .
- Once the import is done, the detailed stats can be checked on the Bulk Actions page. It includes success, error, and warning counts.
