Here’s a rundown of the new enhancements:
– Merging and Adding Additional Email Addresses and Phone Numbers: During the merge process, it is now possible to retain additional email addresses and phone numbers whilst choosing a principal email and phone number based on individual needs.
– Enhanced DND Preference Management: Full autonomy can be exercised over DND settings, as each communication channel’s preferences can be chosen individually.
– Refined UX: A streamlined interface features significant fixes and performance enhancements to facilitate a smooth workflow.
Guidelines for Use:
1. Activate the ‘Updated Merge Feature’ under Subaccounts > Labs.
2. Select the desired contacts and then click on ‘Merge’ on the top bar.
3. Decide on the ‘Master Record’.
4. Review and map the fields.
5. Confirm the merge.
What to Expect in the Future:
– Automated Duplicate Identification: HighLevel will make it less taxing to identify duplicates based on phone numbers, email addresses, and names, through its advanced automatic detection system.
