Main improvements include:
Adaptable Opportunity Cards & Tables:
Opportunity cards and tables have now been made customizable, courtesy of HighLevel. These can be personalized to exhibit the Engagement Score, offering a workspace that aligns perfectly with prioritized metrics.


Integration into Data Exports:
HighLevel efficiently incorporates the Contact Engagement Score into every Opportunity data export. This results in reports that are not only thorough and all-inclusive but also offer valuable insights.
Significant Point:
The Contact Engagement Score, provided by HighLevel, will only be visible for Opportunities that are developed or revised after March 19, 2025. HighLevel ensures that all existing Opportunities will show this measurement automatically, once they have been updated.
