Incorporating WhatsApp Coexistence comes with numerous benefits. It enables continuous communication, enhancing CRM automation, bulk messaging, and advanced analytics without affecting existing WhatsApp Business App operations. Scan the QR code to securely connect your existing WhatsApp account. Import Contacts & Chat History from WhatsApp Business App to CRM. Now you can start managing conversations seamlessly across both platforms.
Keep in mind important points such as messaging limitations – template messages can only be sent through the CRM, not the WhatsApp Business App. Business profile updates must be done via the WhatsApp Business App. Finally, there’s a single-number restriction: each WhatsApp Business App account can have only one number under Coexistence.
