A notification banner will now be prominently visible on the Phone Numbers page, navigable from the Sub-Account View > Settings > Phone Numbers > Manage Numbers. This banner has been designed as a reminder for the pending UK KYC registration for any sub-accounts with at least one unverified UK phone number.
Who is this intended for?
Sub-accounts engage with LC Phone and have at least one unverified UK phone number not linked to an approved regulatory bundle will be targeted. The banner notification will cease its display past the successful KYC registration or after the 31st of December, 2024, whichever event comes earlier.
Objective of the Update?
The banner’s primary purpose is to amplify the awareness regarding the pending UK KYC registrations. This way, HighLevel helps ensure that sub-accounts adhere to the compliance deadline.
