HighLevel is excited to introduce the latest addition to the Mobile App – the launch of the highly anticipated Social Planner! Now, it’s easy to connect favourite social accounts, create, and customize posts across various channels, schedule or publish posts, and so much more. This upgrade is now available on the HighLevel, LeadConnector, and White-labelled mobile apps (update request required).
🚀What’s New
The Social Planner now supports 6 social media platforms – Facebook, Instagram, Google My Business, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok – all from the convenience of HighLevel’s mobile app. This update allows for connection to new social accounts, or access to existing connected accounts.
Easily switch between three views – Monthly View, Weekly view, and List view for optimized viewing of all social posts. Look out for the redirection icon located on every published social post, which can lead directly to the post on its designated platform.
Moreover, this update allows crafting new posts or editing pre-existing ones with various account selections. Social posts can be customized with channel-specific options. For instance, Facebook posts can either appear on the feed or as a reel, with an additional option of adding a follow-up comment.
The social planner features advanced settings for the creation and assignment of post categories. Posts may even bear tags for enhanced organization. The app supports the uploading of media files from the device’s inbuilt camera, gallery or files app. Publishing of posts simultaneously across all selected social accounts has also been enabled.
Posts can be saved as drafts for later editing. HighLevel has gone the extra mile in scheduling flexibility by allowing posts to be scheduled for a specified date and time, or even recurring at set schemes.
👷♂️How It Works
- Install the preferred mobile app (HighLevel, LeadConnector, or Whitelabeled) on the device.
- Open the preferred subaccount.
- Navigate to the Social Planner in the left-hand navigation drawer and tap on the Social Planner tile.
- If you’ve used Social Planner on GHL web before, all your connected accounts and posts will be visible on the Social Planner homepage.
- Choose to connect a new account by tapping on the + button under the Account(s) section on top of the page. Finish the authentication process to successfully connect the social account.
- To create a new post, tap on the + floating button at the bottom right of the page.
- Select all the social accounts for publishing this post. Tap on Create.
…and the list continues. You will now have the ability to customize your post for each social platform by turning on the Customize Post toggle. Media files, category, and a tag can be added to the post under creation. Once the post is ready to be published, tap on Post on the top right of the screen. HighLevel allows the post to be immediate, scheduled, saved as a draft, or even recurring.
Upon selecting the preferred posting method, you’ll return to the homepage and see the published/scheduled/draft post on your timeline. When the post has been published successfully, the redirection button on the social post card avails the social media app and the newly published post.
