Introducing Enhanced Messaging Features in HighLevel
HighLevel is thrilled to unveil the capability for agencies to overturn temporary messaging restrictions for sub-accounts and provide increased transparency into restrictions caused by transgressing opt-out/error rate thresholds. The primary intent of introducing this feature includes minimising operational lags and enhancing awareness regarding messaging limitations from a user standpoint.
Notable Updates
HighLevel has begun to furnish notification banners to signal users when a sub-account encounters a temporary prohibition on sending messages due to exceeding error rates and/or opt-out rate thresholds. The former ‘A2P 10DLC compliant’ banner in the Phone Numbers section has been superseded with a more comprehensive banner detailing restriction statuses.
Agencies Gain the Authority to Lift Restrictions
Incidentally, the power to repeal temporary constraints placed on the sub-account due to exceeding error and opt-out rate thresholds is now vested in the hands of the agency owner and admin. However, access to this functionality is reserved for agencies who have engaged with HighLevel for a minimum of three months and are past their trial period. Please note that this feature does not apply to Carrier Suspensions.
A thorough modal will clarify the repercussions of lifting the ban, accompanied by a Consent Check-Box aiming to ensure unequivocal recognition of the potential risks involved.
The reinstatement of a sub-account’s messaging capabilities will take effect immediately upon lifting of the suspension.
