15/10/24 – Unlocking New Communication Possibilities: HighLevel Introduces Voice Notes Recording and Sending via WhatsApp

HighLevel is delighted to announce the latest upgrade to the Mobile app, introducing the recording and sending of voice notes using WhatsApp as a channel on Conversations. This advancement is accessible on HighLevel, Leadconnector, and Whitelabelled apps (subject to a formal request for an update).

What’s New

HighLevel now allows for the creation of a new voice note by tapping the voice note icon.
With high flexibility, the voice note recording can be paused and resumed, or even deleted to begin afresh.
In all simplicity, these voice notes can be dispatched during the conversation.

How It Works

Upon launching the mobile app, choose a preferred subaccount.
Proceed to the conversation section and select an ongoing WhatsApp chat.
An icon will appear next to the text field, designed for recording voice notes.
Record the voice note, pause and resume if necessary, or delete it and start anew.
Once the voice note is complete, tap the send icon for immediate dispatch. And that’s it!

Why it Matters

With the introduction of voice notes, initiating WhatsApp conversations through HighLevel has never been more seamless!

I was watching the Daniel Priestley interview on the Steven Bartlett podcast “Diary of a CEO”. It’s a fantastic interview full of nuggets from Daniel, you should definitely take a look. Click Here to watch it on Youtube The two big takeaways for me. The Waiting List Concept. Check out from minute 7 of the recording. Although not a new idea it is very powerful. I advised a client in the past to do this who sold live courses. I said when there was no live course available to buy then put up a waiting list. On the next course sale they did £500K in sales – just from the hot waiting list. Tools like Marketer-M8 (HighLevel) are perfect this for this job. And I have even created a Waiting List snapshot I can give to Marketer-M8 users. Baby Boomer Businesses. Check out the recording at 1hr 38 minutes with Daniel and Steven. Industrial Espionage on the cheap – a nice little growth hack

I was just reading my recent copy of The Circular (Issue 168, page 27) from the Entrepreneur’s Circle and had to chuckle at this smart little growth hack. Nick Jenkins who founded Moonpig.com was telling EC members how he had grown his business from £2.5M to £45M. He was looking to scale and had discounted TV advertising as too expensive. But he noticed one of his competitors was using TV. So in a nutshell by placing a regular order for a greetings card from the competitor and recording the order number he was able to get a good estimate on the number of sales they were doing. (Because most companies accounting systems use a sequential ordering number.) And from this and making informed assumptions he was able to work back that the average cost per customer was £10, which was the magic number. And so this gave him to confidence to throw £50,000 into a TV advert. And the rest as they say is history.
