Enhancements and Bug Fixes Update
HighLevel constantly aims to upgrade and modify the quality of services rendered to valued users. It’s significant to disclose the latest measures and fixes implemented to maintain transparency and affirm user trust.
Enhancement: Curtailing Voice Call Frauds
HighLevel efficiently combats suspicious voice call activities. Users exhibiting dubious behaviour are restricted from making calls. Furthermore, to ensure the value of communication, it’s now enabled only two concurrent calls towards a solitary phone number from the identical sub-account. This effective measure significantly reduces the chances of voice call frauds.
Bug Fixes for a Smoother User Experience
A number of upgrades have been made to address previous bugs and attempt to make the HighLevel experience as smooth as possible for users.
In the audio department, HighLevel now insists on only employing supported file types for voicemail audios. Before this improvement, there was a possibility for users to upload incompatible audio data, leading to certain calls failing to connect.
Another refinement involves the termination of calls to users disassociated from a sub-account. It was observed in rare occurrences that these users were still receiving calls. This glitch has been addressed, and former sub-account members should no longer receive calls.
Lastly, on a positive note, complimentary credits, when available, can now cover the cost of incoming calls as well. This not only enhances the user’s experience but also ensures better usage of the provided resources.
With these enhancements and fixes, use of the platform should now be a seamless experience. HighLevel continues to prioritize, and work towards, the satisfaction of users.
