13/11/24 – Improve Your Onboarding Experience with HighLevel’s New A2P Fast Track Program

Overview

HighLevel is excited to announce the introduction of the A2P Fast Track Program, a new feature designed to enhance the customer onboarding experience. This innovative feature strategically reduces the approval time for A2P campaigns, cutting down the processing time from the usual 7 – 10 business days to a maximum of 3 working days. Achieved by forming beneficial partnerships with Telephony Providers and TCR, this program has been specially developed to streamline the customer onboarding process, thus facilitating quicker and more efficient campaign launches.

Effective from November 1st, 2024, all current and newly enrolled sub-account holders utilizing the Native Phone System (formerly known as LC Phone) will be automatically included in the A2P fast track program.

Billing Changes

The introduction of the A2P Fast Track Program comes with some new changes in billing. Here’s a quick rundown:

  • A new billing category known as “A2P Fastrack” will be introduced.
  • There will be an automatic additional charge of $3 per campaign submission for sub-accounts, implemented to cover Fast Track processing expenses. On the other hand, agencies will bear a slight reduction, being charged at $2.85 per campaign.
  • HighLevel has updated the A2P charges reflected on all the user interface interfaces to incorporate these charges. This aims to provide a clear, transparent view of the costs, thereby avoiding potential confusion.
  • In alignment with the existing A2P Charges, the Phone Rebilling Markup will not apply to this category. Instead, it will be rebilled with a standard markup of 5%
