HighLevel is thrilled to launch a feature that enhances the power of the Math Operation Action.
Firstly, support for selecting Custom Values and values arising from Triggers got offered in the initial phase of the Math Operation Enhancement. The most sought-after feature is now being added during the second phase of this enhancement. This enables users to “Update” the custom values in Math Operation as well. Along with standard and custom fields, the option “Custom Values” has been incorporated into the “Update Field” dropdown.
Functioning
To operate this feature, start by adding the Math Operation Action. Following this, the “Select Field” and “Operations” must be added. To finish, click the “Update Field” dropdown and select from the list provided.
Applications
This feature can be beneficial in a variety of situations. For example, users can set a countdown on a limited quantity offer and update a custom value with the remaining amount, which helps to track pending limited offers. It also comes in handy to update the custom value for a waitlist number, thereby revealing how many tickets are available for an event.
Moreover, this feature can also be used to update the ticket count through the Math operation each time a user makes a purchase. Likewise, it provides a way to automatically adjust the opportunity value based on particular calculations, such as working out a realtor’s commission or modifying it concerning percentage growth. Furthermore, it can be utilized to keep tabs on progress in a sales funnel or project using a progress bar updating according to custom values.
