HighLevel has enhanced its systems to prevent unintentional skipping of invoice numbers. This optimization resulted from user complaints about invoice number blocks, which has been responsibly adapted to improve user experience.

4. Enhanced Limit on Product Description in Estimates

HighLevel has increased the character limit for product description in estimates from 100 to 1000. This update will allow users to provide more detailed product descriptions, thereby enhancing the final customer experience.

• Add filters to the ‘Estimates’ trigger based on required conditions.
• To activate the Product Description Capability, ensure the ‘import product description’ toggle is on in ‘invoice settings’ -> ‘product settings’.
• Now, start adding items to the estimates, and the product descriptions will automatically be included.
