Bulk Delete for Social Posting – HighLevel

Features Update:

HighLevel has introduced a new feature for its users. There’s now no need to manually select each post for removal due to issues such as errors in post creation, bulk posts composition from CSV composer, or changes of schedules or content. Select the undesirable posts and remove them from the planner for a clearer view of forthcoming posts.

Furthermore, HighLevel now supports the bulk delete operation via the public API’s on the marketplace. Users have the ability to connect to perform the operation.

Working Methodology:

Here’s how the bulk delete operation operates from the social planner module:

  • Navigate to the ‘Planner’- list view within HighLevel.
  • Select all, select few, or unselect the relevant posts to perform an action such as ‘delete’.
  • After the posts are selected, click on the ‘Actions’ option at the top of the table, choose ‘Delete selected posts’, and confirm ‘Delete’.
  • The selected posts will subsequently be removed from the visible list.

Important Details:

  • Note that the deletion occurs within the social planner module, and doesn’t directly remove the post from the social media platform.
  • The public API for bulk delete supports deleting a maximum of 50 posts in one action.
  • While multiple posts in ‘draft’, ‘scheduled’, ‘failed’, or ‘In-review’ stage can be deleted, posts that are already ‘published’ cannot be.
