Using Webmerge and Keap / Infusionsoft to create great looking printed and emailed proposals – automatically

Just recently I have been using Webmerge and Keap / Infusionsoft to create great looking documents such as letters, proposals, invoices and more – automatically.

So as part of your automation workflow with Keap / Infusionsoft (and over 100 other online tools) you can print and deliver quality documents.

With all CRMs and marketing automation systems, including Keap / Infusionsoft “out of the box” you will struggle to print and delivery fancy formatted proposal documents with mail merged custom data.

But for clients recently I been using Webmerge.me to great effect.

So you start by creating the fully formatted document in Word and embed your chosen merge fields. You then upload the document.

Then in Webmerge you map the Keap / Infusionsoft data fields to the merge fields in the document.

So overall Webmerge.me is a very powerful tool if you are looking to create high quality, highly personalised documents such as proposals, invoices, contracts (it can be linked to Docusign too.)
