Keap / Infusionsoft and Fusedesk integration

This week I have been onboarding a new client with both Keap / Infusionsoft and Fusedesk.

So Keap / Infusionsoft takes care of the CRM, email marketing and marketing automation aspects. As a result of the marketing activity, we generate product enquiries and customer support requests by email, phone and social media.

Fusedesk is a helpdesk/ticketing support system that is highly integrated with Keap / Infusionsoft. So for this client, it will save the staff having to inefficiently respond ad-hoc to requests and then have to manually remember to follow up using post-it notes, Outlook reminders etc. Fusedesk is a super slick solution if you have to provide a robust customer support service to your clients. I have been very impressed with the actual application and onboarding help that they provide to clients.
