3. Search on Google and YouTube
When you are simply stuck this is a trick that often works for me. Just type the question into Google and/ or YouTube and you will most likely find others who have had the same issue and have posted how they solved the problem.
LONGER TERM RESPONSE RESOURCES
These resources you should plan to invest time in to enable you to gain a deeper understanding of Keap / Infusionsoft. OK, these methods require that you invest your time, but the alternative is to hire and pay someone else to help you. These resources may help you fix an urgent problem too, but I find the information best absorbed when not “fire fighting” an urgent problem. To join a local user group is a long term answer – join your local Keap / Infusionsoft community where you will be able to meet and get to know other local business owners who use Keap / Infusionsoft and as a result the members can all help each other and exchange ideas.
4. Keap / Infusionsoft Video Library
The Keap / Infusionsoft Video library is a fantastic resource. The way I like to work is start at the beginning and work your way through. Just watch the videos and don’t try to work with your application at the same time, just absorb the information first, then when you come back to your Keap / Infusionsoft application things naturally fall into place, as your brain has had time to absorb the information. 5. Keap / Infusionsoft User’s Guide
The Keap / Infusionsoft user guides, for those who enjoy reading. When I first started with Keap / Infusionsoft in 2009 there was a whole manual you could print out. This has now been superseded by the Video Library and the User guide. Here is a link to the Keap / Infusionsoft User Guide.
